• Have a policy to prohibit the use of of TURF PESTICIDES on town land, including public parks?
• Purchase only energy-efficient, non-polluting LANDSCAPING EQUIPMENT or require the use of such equipment by contractors?
• Operate a municipal COMPOSTING FACILITY ?
• Manage (and require contractors to manage) storm water runoff andSOIL EROSION to minimize or prevent runoff from residential properties, agricultural areas and/or contstruction sites?
• Have a TREE PROTECTION ND PLANTING policy?
• Own and maintain a SYNTHETIC TURF fields?
• Provide space for COMMUNITY GARDENS ?
